======================== dipy_nlmeans ======================== usage: dipy_nlmeans [-h] [--sigma float] [--out_dir str] [--out_denoised str] input_files Workflow wrapping the nlmeans denoising method. It applies nlmeans denoise on each file found by 'globing' ``input_files`` and saves the results in a directory specified by ``out_dir``. positional arguments: input_files Path to the input volumes. This path may contain wildcards to process multiple inputs at once. optional arguments: -h, --help show this help message and exit --sigma float Sigma parameter to pass to the nlmeans algorithm (default: auto estimation). output arguments(optional): --out_dir str Output directory (default input file directory) --out_denoised str Name of the resulting denoised volume (default: dwi_nlmeans.nii.gz) References: Garyfallidis, E., M.
