Usage

dipy_mask [-h] [–ub float] [–out_dir str] [–out_mask str] input_files lb

Workflow for creating a binary mask

Positional Arguments

input_files Path to image to be masked. lb Lower bound value.

options:

-h, --help

show this help message and exit

--ub float

Upper bound value.

Output Arguments(Optional)

--out_dir str

Output directory. (default current directory)

--out_mask str

Name of the masked file.
